We want your event to be amazing and your rental experience to be easy! Please review these simple terms before booking.
Booking & Payment
Your rental is not reserved until the required deposit/payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date.
Cancellations
You have a no fee cancellation if you cancel 48 hours before the event. Cancelling after may result in a cancellation fee.
Rental Period
Items are rented for the agreed-upon date and time. Please make sure someone is available to receive the items.
Care of Rentals
The customer is responsible for rental items while they are in their possession. You may be charged for items that are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. For outdoor events, the customer is responsible for providing a safe, covered area when needed. We may need to cancel or adjust a rental if sever weather could damage our items or make delivery/setup unsafe.
Delivery and Pickup Time
Delivery and pickup times are arranged in advance and may vary depending on the event schedule. Please provide clear access to the setup area.
Safety and Kindness
Our rental items should always be used safely and responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse or remove items if we believe they are being used in an unsafe manner.
Agreement
By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for the rental items during your rental period. Thank you for trusting us!
